Pickups and Shipping
No shipping costs accrue for pickups. Pickup option occurs just before payment options in the checkout. Shipping costs will be deducted if you choose pickup.
The Bytown Fire Brigade Office is open every Friday for Store sales pickup from 0900-1300 hrs. Pick up location is: 2880 Sheffield Rd, Unit 1, Ottawa, ON, K1B 1A4
Shipping normally leaves the building on Fridays. The Store assigns shipping costs. The minimum shipping cost is $5.00. If you have any questions about shipping, please contact store@bytownfire.ca.
